How do I submit a receipt to receive a digital gift card?

Once you have your receipt that includes the purchase of Kimberly-Clark products from a participating retailer and you have registered on this site, take a picture of your receipt, and upload it here. Make sure the photo you take is in focus, well lit, and the entire receipt is visible. You will first need to register and create an account prior to uploading a receipt. If you have already created an account, login to upload your receipt.

How do I submit a digital receipt?

Take a picture or screen shot of your digital receipt and submit the image(s) here. You can use the “Order Confirmation” as your digital receipt.

You have 2 options:

  • Take a picture of your emailed/digital receipt and submit those photos here

  • Take a screen shot of your digital receipt and submit that image here

What do I need to do to receive a digital gift card?

Spend the required amount on select Kimberly-Clark products at a participating retailer and upload your receipt on this site.

How much time do I have to submit my receipt?

You have the duration of the promotion month plus seven days after the end of the offer month to submit a valid receipt. Receipts must be uploaded by the 7th day of the following month. For example, a receipt from a qualified purchase made in November 2020 must be uploaded by December 7, 2020. Receipts must be uploaded on this site.

How will I know if my submission was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email upon submission. You can also check the Receipts Upload & Accounts Page on this site. Once you are logged in, you will be able to see an informational box that includes the Date Submitted, Receipt Status, and Retailer Name.

How many rewards can I receive?

You can receive up to 3 rewards per month if the qualifying purchase is made at 3 separate retailers. The full purchase amount must be made at each retailer. You cannot combine purchases at multiple retailers to complete 1 offer. You can receive up to 1 reward per retailer each month based on household address.

When will I receive my digital gift card?

You will receive the digital gift card by email within two business days once your receipt is validated. You will receive a submission approval email and a separate email with the digital gift card information.

Does my digital gift card expire?

No, the digital gift cards do not expire.

Will I be notified if there is an issue with my receipt?

Yes, you will be notified and emailed if we are unable to process your receipt. You can re-upload a valid receipt. Receipt upload guidelines:

  • The photo is in focus, well lit, and the entire receipt is visible.

  • If the receipt is too long, please upload multiple photos of the receipt in one submission so that date, retailer, and participating products are clearly visible.

  • Ensure the products purchased are participating in the promotion as outlined in the official Program Terms and Conditions.

  • Your receipt is not a duplicate of an existing submission.

Can I upload receipts from my mobile device?

Yes, you can submit your receipt(s) from a mobile or desktop device. Please visit from a mobile or desktop device.

What information do you need to see on my receipt?

Your in-store receipt must clearly show the retailer name, purchase date, products purchased, and the amount paid for each product.

My receipt is really long; how do I submit?

If your receipt is too long you can submit multiple images of the same receipt. Note, there is a maximum of 3 images that can be uploaded per receipt.

Can I submit receipts separately and can my qualifying purchase be made over multiple shopping trips?

No, all purchase information must be on one receipt and consumers must purchase participating Kimberly-Clark products in one transaction.

What types of images can be used for receipt submission?

Users can upload files in PNG or JPEG format and the maximum file size is 5MB.

Do I have to provide any personal information to participate in this program?

In order for us to confirm your valid purchase and email your reward, participants are required to provide their first and last name, email address, physical address, and month and year of birth. Personal information provided will NOT be used for any other purpose unless you opt-in to receive future email offers.

Do I have to agree to the Terms and Conditions to participate in this program?

Yes, participants are required to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Do I have to be a certain age to participate in this program?

Yes, participants must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Account Holders can reset their password HERE. If you copied and pasted your password, please make sure that there are no spaces inadvertently left in the password.
